A 7-hospital regional healthcare network approached BETTRDAY LLC in 2022 to create a custom footwear program for their 1,200+ nursing and clinical staff, who were reporting high rates of foot pain, plantar fasciitis, and lower back issues from spending 12+ hour shifts on their feet. Our team worked with the hospital’s occupational health department to identify appropriate footwear options that met the facility’s non-slip, closed-toe requirements while providing the necessary support for long shifts. We provided bulk discounted pricing on our CloudStep Sneakers and Ballet Comfort Flats, along with virtual sizing workshops and a flexible return policy for staff who needed to exchange sizes after testing the shoes during shifts.

The Sustainable Fashion Collective, a non-profit organization that promotes ethical and sustainable clothing brands, partnered with BETTRDAY LLC in 2023 to create a limited-edition footwear collection for their 10-city pop-up tour across the United States. Our team selected 5 of our most sustainably produced styles, including shoes made with recycled plastic uppers, responsibly sourced leather, and carbon-neutral manufacturing processes, and created custom co-branded labeling for the collection. We provided staff training for the pop-up teams on the sustainability features of each style, and donated 10% of all pop-up sales to the Collective’s microgrant program for small BIPOC-owned sustainable fashion brands.

Official Footwear Partner for Annual Conference Event

The organizers of the National Professional Women’s Conference, which hosts 3,000+ attendees annually, selected BETTRDAY LLC as their official footwear partner for their 2024 event, after receiving consistent feedback from past attendees about foot pain from wearing formal shoes during the 3-day conference. We set up a pop-up shop in the conference exhibit hall offering a curated selection of our professional and comfortable footwear styles, including the Lumina Block Heels and Minimalist Leather Mules, along with free foot sizing consultations and on-site purchases that could be shipped directly to attendees’ homes to avoid carrying extra luggage. We also hosted a 30-minute workshop on choosing supportive footwear for professional environments that drew over 400 attendees.
